Karen is also the owner of Culimary Communications, a public relations and marketing agency specialing in food related businesses. As a journalist she is known for delivering well-researched copy on deadline. Karen also handles all logistics for photo shoots including setting a theme, contacting photographers, scheduling sources, acquiring props and selecting appropriate sites. Karen draws upon a broad network of professionals in the field of food, hospitality and their business affiliates.
Karen also serves as a consultant to many top businesses in New Jersey, New York and Vermont for nearly two decades. She is respected for her innovative tactics, high level of success, her loyalty and genuine concern for her clients' success and wellbeing.
A Vermont native, Karen is a talented home cook, wine enthusiast and gardener, who understands the importance of food sourcing and farming. Karen is Rutgers University graduate with honors.
